Sue's career began in the cable television industry, overseeing all operations, marketing and contract negotiation with cable television programmers such as CNN, ESPN, HBO, and MTV. She was involved in a $100 million dollar merger in the mid 1990’s and has negotiated patent and trademark matters, software licensing, company acquisitions, and employee agreements.
She previously served or is currently serving on the Truist Community Advisory Board, Lehigh Valley Health Network Board of Trustees, PBS-WLVT 39 Board of Directors, Union League Broad Street Angels, Lehigh University College of Education Advisory Board, Team PA Board of Directors, Northampton Community College Foundation Board, Executive Committee and Board of Directors of C-SPAN, Lehigh University Board of Trustees, Lafayette Bank, PA Cable and Telecommunication Association and numerous other organizations.
2017 - Sold Active Calendar and Active Data Calendar to Dude Solutions.
Assets sold were enterprise calendaring platforms serving higher education, healthcare, government and corporate clients.
2016 - Launched WhenNow.com
An event ticketing software service used by event organizers and the attendees of those events.
1999 - Founded Active Data
A software company that develops event communications and calendar management platforms.
1996 - President of Commercial Real Estate Holdings Company
A real estate investment and facilities management firm.
1995 - Founded Regional Network Communications, Inc. (RNCI)
A company that operated regional community online web sites in partnership with Media News Group.
1995 - Founded SCY Investments
Investment and advisory services for early stage companies.
